Leads the establishment and growth of Perforce’s India finance operations team. Responsibilities include hiring and developing analysts, transferring recurring finance processes from the US, creating runbooks and quality controls, overseeing accurate and timely reporting, partnering with finance leaders, managing escalations, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. The role requires strong accounting and reporting knowledge, US GAAP familiarity, finance systems experience, and at least 10 years of finance experience.

Leads the accounting team and global monthly close process, manages general ledger activities and reconciliations, maintains NetSuite, supports acquisition integration, applies U.S. GAAP research, and improves accounting processes, controls, data quality, and close efficiency.

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Support external audits, analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies, interpret U.S. GAAP, and improve accounting systems and processes. The role partners with management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information, effective controls, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced growth environment.
