Process and lead multi-state payroll for up to 500 employees, including reconciliation, reporting, garnishments, tax compliance, payroll controls, employee inquiries, and complex transactions. Provide guidance and mentoring, support Workday time and absence modules, assist with payroll transmission and financial close activities, and complete employment verifications and ad hoc projects.

Examines commercial and residential property titles by researching public records, deeds, liens, judgments, easements, trusts, probate matters, and court filings. Identifies ownership issues, defects, encumbrances, and risks; prepares title commitments; supports curative work; interprets underwriting guidelines; and collaborates with escrow, underwriting, closing teams, attorneys, lenders, and customers.

Processes commercial escrow transactions under supervision, including reviewing title commitments, clearing requirements, coordinating payoffs and demands, managing funds, preparing signing and funding packages, uploading documents, and communicating with transaction parties. The role also assists with customer signings, scheduling, training personnel, compliance, and ongoing escrow education. Claims Counsel evaluates, investigates, manages, and resolves nationwide title insurance claims. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage, liability, and exposure; communicating with stakeholders; resolving title defects through negotiation, curative actions, settlements, or litigation; directing outside counsel; managing costs; pursuing recovery opportunities; and providing practical legal and risk guidance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Process regular, special, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls for 500–1,000 employees. Audit payroll data, reconcile registers and financial records, manage deductions and garnishments, process benefits-related payroll activity, support tax filings and year-end W-2 processing, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with audits and payroll system improvements. Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance while ensuring compliance with applicable wage, tax, and payroll regulations.

Performs claim-related accounting, including accruals, payments, reconciliations, reserve adjustments, statutory and GAAP reporting, loss analysis, and general ledger reconciliation. Maintains and verifies the claims system, develops reports, supports audits and SOX requests, analyzes trends and variances, compiles government data, and assists with budgeting and benefits-related projects.

Develops and delivers continuing education programs on Florida real estate law and title insurance. Creates live and online courses, maintains legal and regulatory expertise, reviews documents, supports compliance education, responds to legal inquiries, and presents at seminars and industry events. The role requires an active law license, real estate or title insurance experience, instructional design and presentation skills, and occasional overnight travel.

Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, allocations, subsidiary accounting, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. Partner with field management and treasury to improve financial workflows while ensuring GAAP and statutory accounting compliance.

Types final owners and loan title insurance policies in RamQuest, communicates with agents and internal staff, handles telephone inquiries and file-status requests, assists with file transmittals, and performs general administrative duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, proofreading, prioritization, computer literacy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Underwrite title insurance coverage for commercial real estate transactions, assist with national commercial escrow closings, and negotiate policy and endorsement coverage with principals and attorneys. Provide title insurance and real estate guidance to sales teams and clients while managing multiple transactions. Requires knowledge of state-specific title insurance guidelines, endorsement and policy availability, transfer and mortgage taxes, and conveyance forms.
