Assist in managing a real estate sales office, recruit and train staff, develop business strategies, track sales performance, and represent the office in community engagements.

The Business Development Representative builds relationships, increases market share, develops leads, reports sales activity, represents the company at events, and conducts real estate closings.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, records maintenance, expense processing, and event assistance. May support branch managers, oversee office supplies/equipment, train or back up staff, and handle ad hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Manage real estate sales offices, recruit and train sales associates, oversee office operations, and ensure profitability and growth.

Sell and place personal lines insurance by assessing client risk, quoting and binding coverage. Build referral relationships with real estate professionals, oversee client onboarding, maintain licensing/CEUs, monitor potential errors/omissions or regulatory complaints, and stay current on carrier underwriting and industry trends.

Provide administrative and supervisory support for a real estate branch: manage day-to-day office operations, recordkeeping, listings and sales processing, escrow monitoring, recruit and train staff, support sales associates, coordinate marketing and telecom, and ensure compliance with company policies and reports.

Provide daily backend and field support for core systems and workflows, monitoring data integrity, resolving inquiries, supporting audits, testing and optimizing systems, maintaining documentation and reporting, and assisting with training and process improvements to ensure consistent, compliant operations.

Prepare federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimated payments, and monthly/quarterly tax provisions. Support tax forecasting, budgeting and planning, research tax issues, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders. Work as part of the compliance team and perform additional assigned duties; extended hours required during tax season.

The Insurance Producer will assess client risk exposure, market and sell personal lines insurance, and maintain relationships with real estate professionals to maximize sales opportunities.

Provide day-to-day service and support to personal lines policyholders: handle claims intake and processing, advise on coverage and risk management, process policy changes and cancellations, coordinate with adjusters and repair facilities, maintain documentation and communication, and support sales programs to meet profitability and growth goals.
