Supports the CEO by managing a complex calendar, extensive travel, communications, meeting preparation, board coordination, expense reporting, vendor coordination, and follow-through. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strategic gatekeeping, stakeholder management, and proactive operational support in a fast-growing, multi-site organization. The position is onsite in Tampa and may require occasional after-hours support for travel, board meetings, and high-priority events.

Leads end-to-end below-the-line marketing programs for Motorola across Canadian retail, carrier, and field channels. Manages promotions, contests, incentives, events, partnerships, budgets, vendors, fulfillment, and compliance. Coordinates field teams, agencies, finance, and internal stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget. Requires wireless channel marketing experience, strong project management, and cross-functional execution skills. The role is hybrid in Toronto and includes occasional travel.
