Owns the functional support, enhancement strategy, and roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, resolve complex functional issues, oversee testing and releases, and improve HCM processes. Evaluates quarterly releases and AI-enabled capabilities, supports integrations, governance, compliance, reporting, and adoption, and provides strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state solutions.

The role involves implementation guidance, documentation, client relationship management, mentoring technical staff, workflow oversight, recruitment participation, and performance evaluations. Work is remote or client-site in Colombia with occasional travel up to 20%.

Deliver Oracle ERP technical solutions focused on integrations, reporting, configuration, data validation, testing, cutover, and production support. Design integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI; support OTBI and BI Publisher reporting; and work primarily with Oracle Financials, with exposure to SCM and HCM. Coordinate technical workstreams, track risks, participate in client workshops and presales, and collaborate with project and functional teams.
