Job Title: Oracle CPQ Oracle Senior Consultant 

Reports to: LATAM Vice President 

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements. 

Job Summary: 

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate. 

As a CPQ Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering effective Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions using Oracle CPQ Cloud technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions, and contribute to the implementation process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality CPQ projects. 

Essential Functions: 

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their CPQ requirements. 

• Design and configure Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that align with clients' business objectives. 

• Assist in the creation of solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps. 

• Assist in testing cycles, testing scripts, triaging and prioritizing issues with the client 

• Participate in the implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud projects, providing guidance and support to the team. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution and post-implementation.  

• Configure, customize, and integrate Oracle CPQ solutions in alignment with client needs. 

• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights into Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. 

• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. 

• Stay informed about new Oracle CPQ Cloud features and updates, and incorporate them as needed. 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and knowledge sharing within the team. 

• Ensure the delivered CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards and client expectations.

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud). 

• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs. 

• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.

• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality. 
• Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development. 

Work Environment: 

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. 

• Bending, sitting lifting, driving. 

 Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.  

• At least 5 years of related experience required. 

 Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Oracle CPQ Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist
