Responsibilities include tracking transformation costs, savings, cash flow, balance sheet impacts, and stranded costs; preparing executive approval materials; supporting external financial reporting; consolidating planning-cycle inputs; validating estimates; and developing financial models. The role partners with FP&A, Controllership, HR, External Reporting, and PMO teams and communicates financial updates to senior leadership.

The role requires discretion, sound judgment, and independent action within established guidelines while working onsite in Hutchinson, Minnesota.

Develops and implements process improvements for safety, quality, service, and cost. Supports daily manufacturing operations, EHS activities, change management, OEE analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance improvement. Establish data contracts, metrics, FinOps practices, governance, quality standards, and observability while driving adoption, executive alignment, business cases, change management, and measurable business value.
