Execute A/B and multivariate tests and targeted personalization to improve conversion and revenue. Represent Wiley at industry events.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Own project planning, business cases, risk and budget management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization. Champion AI-enabled delivery tools, contribute to portfolio visibility, and support standards and capability development within Delivery & Change Excellence.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing (base pay, stock, taxes, benefits).
