Provides first-line technical support for employees by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, hardware, peripherals, operating systems, network connections, printers, scanners, and related software. Responds to calls and work orders, supports hardware installations and technology projects, coordinates with vendors, and maintains workstation performance. The role is based in a retail store with extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight support.

Ensures facility compliance with Arkansas state and local marijuana regulations. Duties include conducting audits, reviewing inventory and BioTrack records, submitting required reports and notifications, investigating discrepancies, responding to regulatory inquiries, documenting risks, training staff, and escalating compliance issues to management. The role collaborates with facility operations, inventory teams, BioTrack staff, and regulatory agencies including the ABC, MMC, and ADH.

Supports payroll processing, including employee pay, benefits, garnishments, taxes, deductions, payroll updates, reporting, audits, journal entries, and year-end W-2 activities. Assists with payroll tax setup and compliance, workers’ compensation audits, and 401(k) administration while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and security infrastructure across multiple sites. Install and configure network equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide Tier 2/3 support. Maintain documentation, standards, asset inventories, and secure configurations. Support network design, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, automation, vendor coordination, procurement, and infrastructure projects. The role requires travel, weekend and holiday availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in demanding physical environments.

Monitor security systems, investigate and remediate incidents, manage endpoint and vulnerability programs, support audits and IAM processes, enforce MFA/privileged controls, improve security controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to protect on-premises and cloud data.

Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering to gather requirements, document workflows, create Confluence artifacts, convert requests into actionable work items, support/validate automations, coordinate testing, and maintain a scalable knowledge base and documentation standards.
