Provide on-site desktop and peripheral support in a retail store, diagnosing, repairing, installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware, network connections, printers, and presentation equipment. Serve as first point of contact for end-users, respond to calls/work orders, coordinate with vendors and Director of Technology, and support new hardware projects and workstation software issues. Must support extended and late store hours.

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless infrastructure across multiple sites, secure networks with firewalls and VLANs, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, monitor performance, perform firmware/patch management, document configurations, support site deployments and network projects (SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, automation), and provide vendor coordination and end-user support.
