The intern will work on sports software used by coaches, athletes, and parents while developing product discovery, prioritization, communication, and delivery skills.

Own cloud and software FinOps by forecasting spend, maintaining chargeback models, monitoring AWS costs, managing reservations and Savings Plans, and identifying efficiency opportunities. Automate workflows with Python, SQL, GitHub Actions, Lambda, and dbt. Partner with engineering, product, finance, and accounting to communicate cost insights, develop business cases, and deliver approved initiatives using Scrum or Kanban.

Supports Youth, Club, and High School Sales teams by managing daily revenue operations, advising Sales leadership, improving go-to-market processes, supporting deals, and leading change-management and annual planning initiatives. The role analyzes data, resolves operational questions, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives measurable efficiency improvements.

Own the strategy, vision, and delivery of Hudl’s athlete performance product suite. Partner with sports scientists, coaches, customers, and cross-functional teams to capture and analyze athlete monitoring data from wearables, optical tracking, and other sources. Drive products that help mitigate injury risk, optimize performance, and track athlete development. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans while balancing customer value, cost, and timelines.

Provides technical leadership for scalable, cloud-based software systems. Designs architecture, delivers full-stack solutions, promotes CI/CD and agentic engineering practices, breaks down complex problems, and mentors engineers through code reviews, pairing, and documentation. Collaborates with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver customer-focused enhancements. Preferred experience includes TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, AWS, video technologies, mobile development, financial transaction systems, and sports technology.

Build and maintain university and professional sports relationships across NCAA basketball, identify expansion opportunities, manage territory strategy, develop enterprise pipelines, and close league-wide agreements. The role requires consultative selling, quota attainment, CRM discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and relocation to or residence in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, with three weekly office days in Lincoln.

Manage a portfolio of NCAA Division I basketball clients, building relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and commissioners to drive engagement and renewals. Provide product demonstrations, education, account support, workflow guidance, business reviews, and expansion recommendations.
