Manage prospective-client leads through the sales process, using Salesforce to cold call, email, document discovery, update pipeline statuses, and book meetings with independent financial professionals. Support wealth management operations by processing account openings, maintenance requests, money movements, closures, beneficiary updates, and service tickets. Coordinate with Fidelity, Schwab, advisors, and internal teams to complete workflows accurately, on time, and compliantly. Maintain CRM and operations-system data integrity, assist with advisor onboarding and transitions, and produce reporting and analytics across wealth platforms.

Supports executives by managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Oversees daily Detroit office operations, including vendors, supplies, and client-ready facilities. Coordinates team-building events, office lunches, and internal and external events, while handling administrative projects, communications, and document preparation. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and full-time in-office availability.

Execute and manage complex investment trades across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and structured notes. Manage client portfolios across custodial platforms, monitor settlement and trading risks, resolve discrepancies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support advisors with trade and portfolio inquiries. The Trader will also improve workflows, standardize procedures, adopt new technologies, assist with client onboarding, and support the Head of Trading.

The Accounting Associate prepares invoices, reports, tax forms, journal entries, and financial reconciliations. They support accounts payable, accounts receivable, spend management, collections monitoring, month-end close, financial controls, internal reporting, and accounting analysis. The role also researches accounting issues and improves processes through automation while working closely with accounting and finance leadership.

Own the full product lifecycle for AI-first products serving financial advisors. Responsibilities include prototyping and launching products, designing advisor and internal workflows, using AI tools to analyze data and feedback, defining quality standards and metrics, translating financial-services needs into product direction, influencing roadmap strategy, and coordinating with engineering, design, operations, users, and executives.

Own the annuity new business process from application submission through issuance. Review applications and transfer requests for accuracy, resolve open issues, coordinate with insurance carriers and ceding institutions, maintain case records, guide advisors through forms, and improve business processes while ensuring strong service and compliance awareness.
