The Product Operations Manager will streamline processes between teams, coordinate feature launches, build reporting dashboards, and improve product development efficiency by analyzing customer insights and opportunities.

Lead demand generation and growth for Notion's SMB and startup segments in Japan. Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, and events; manage marketing automation and GTM systems; partner with sales, SDRs, APAC/global teams and agencies; own lead/pipeline reporting and startup program awareness to drive trial acquisition and pipeline growth.

Analyze and improve sales processes and systems, manage Salesforce configuration and change control, design and implement CPQ/quote-to-cash solutions, collaborate with RevOps/Finance/Legal, drive projects end-to-end, provide day-to-day Salesforce support, ensure testing and documentation, and use AI tools to automate and accelerate seller workflows.

Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to improve Notion's AI features (e.g., Notion Agent, Chat). Study human–AI workflows, run usability and post-ship evaluations, partner with Design/Product/Engineering/Data Science, communicate insights to stakeholders, and connect research to measurable business outcomes.

Lead UX research to define and scale evaluation of Notion's AI experiences. Create reusable rubrics and measurement approaches, run longitudinal and feature-specific studies, identify failure modes and recovery behaviors, and operationalize evaluation with product, design, engineering, and data science partners to improve model output quality and end-to-end user experience.

Build product features end-to-end, improve performance and reliability, and create internal tools. Collaborate cross-functionally, work on web UI and backend components, and iterate based on user impact and metrics.

Work as a full‑stack software engineering intern building and improving Notion with an AI-first mindset. Write clean, secure, tested code across web services, databases, and applications; design new product capabilities; debug and enhance features; collaborate cross-functionally and apply AI tools such as LLMs and embeddings.
