The Senior Technical Consultant leads the design and implementation of complex technical solutions in Modern Apps & Platform Engineering while mentoring engineers and driving modernization efforts for clients.

Manage and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Service functions. Administer security, data, declarative automation, integrations, deployments, documentation, training, and support agile delivery teams to ensure platform stability and process efficiency.

Drive end-to-end Problem Management in enterprise IT: manage Problem records in ServiceNow, lead RCAs and major-incident reviews, identify recurring incidents, monitor SLAs, analyze trends, build ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards, implement automation/AI improvements, present metrics, and maintain governance artifacts to improve service stability.

Lead and coach multiple Agile teams to deliver enterprise software and platform solutions. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, use delivery metrics to improve predictability, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive organizational Agile maturity.

Lead design, deployment, and support of large-scale data center SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, VxLAN, VMware NSX). Serve as SME, run client workshops, produce deliverables, ensure knowledge transfer, and align architectures to business goals while maintaining certifications.

Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, accruals, revenue and account reconciliations; validate unbilled/deferred revenue; support billing resolution, ad-hoc analysis, process improvements, and external audit requests while partnering cross-functionally.

Provide in-person and remote endpoint support for Windows and macOS laptops, Microsoft 365 and cloud apps, mobile devices, AV, printers, and networking. Triage and resolve tickets, provision hardware/accounts, perform password/MFA support, maintain documentation, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3. Must be onsite full-time and collaborate with IT Operations on deployments and infrastructure projects.

Design, build, and support large-scale enterprise and service provider routing architectures (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, EVPN). Deploy and troubleshoot core/edge routers, MPLS/VPN services, and peering. Lead upgrades, migrations, and service turn-ups; implement routing security (RPKI, prefix lists, CoPP); produce HLD/LLD, runbooks, migration plans, and knowledge transfer. Manage project workstreams and client engagements.

Serve as the embedded change lead to drive AI adoption across a business unit: design change strategy, redesign roles and workflows for AI-augmentation, build capability programs, enable managers, run workforce planning, and measure adoption and impact while embedding responsible AI practices.

The Sr. Systems Engineer will provide advanced support for Windows Server environments, perform system upgrades, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure server security and compliance while collaborating with teams and maintaining documentation.
