Lead customer onboarding, configuration, and training for Omatic products. Assess customer data needs, design solutions, configure and test systems, produce documentation, track project progress, and support sales. Deliver engagements on time and provide internal and external product training and technical guidance.

Lead product development from discovery through launch and iteration. Drive outcome-based roadmaps, run continuous customer discovery and experiments, own backlog and agile delivery, and support go-to-market and post-launch activities. Collaborate with executives, engineering, UX, and customers; leverage data and Generative AI where it adds user value.

The Director of Product Management will lead product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, mentor PMs, and drive team capabilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with executives, owning product roadmaps, implementing agile methodologies, and conducting continuous product discovery.

Manage day-to-day partner relationships, drive partner engagement and revenue, develop joint go-to-market plans, onboard and cultivate new partners, run enablement and QBRs, collaborate cross-functionally, track partner performance and pipeline in Salesforce.

Provide empathetic, first-line support for Omatic product suite by resolving basic cases, documenting and escalating complex issues, maintaining SLAs, improving documentation, identifying upsell/risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
