Overview:
We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing Partnerships & Strategic Alliances team. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances, you will own day-to-day partner relationships across our partner portfolio, driving engagement, revenue, and market presence within the nonprofit technology sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned partners, leading external enablement sessions and regular partnership meetings to align on shared goals, track performance, and deepen strategic relationships.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at a company where partnerships are taken seriously as a core GTM motion. You will develop and execute individualized partner strategies and joint go-to-market plans designed to unlock growth across your assigned portfolio. You will also play an active role in new partner cultivation, identifying and onboarding partners that expand Omatic's reach and revenue potential.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to bring partner initiatives to life, ensuring internal alignment and coordinated execution across every stage of the partner lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
Partner Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary owner of assigned partner relationships, maintaining regular cadences, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are set up to succeed within the Omatic ecosystem
  • Lead external-facing enablement sessions to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Omatic solutions to their customers and prospects
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned partners, tracking performance against shared goals and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship

Joint Go-to-Market Execution
  • Develop and maintain an individualized partner strategy for each assigned partner, including a joint GTM plan with defined objectives, target segments, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales to co-sell, source, and progress partner-influenced opportunities through the pipeline
  • Work with Marketing to plan and execute partner-facing campaigns, co-branded content, and partner webinars that generate pipeline and drive awareness
  • Develop sufficient product expertise to confidently conduct demos for prospective partners when needed

New Partner Cultivation
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners across Systems of Record, Application Connector, and Solution Provider categories that align with Omatic's growth strategy
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of partnering with Omatic, including how Omatic's integration expertise allows partner organizations to offload the complexity of building and managing integrations themselves, freeing them to focus on their core product
  • Manage early-stage partner relationships through the onboarding process, ensuring new partners are activated and contributing to revenue in a timely manner
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and the evolving nonprofit technology landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and inform outreach strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product and CX teams to surface partner feedback, advocate for roadmap items that support partner integrations, and ensure a seamless experience for shared customers
  • Maintain accurate partner records, pipeline data, and activity tracking in Salesforce to support forecasting and leadership visibility

Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on key partner metrics including partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, engagement levels, and QBR completion rates

What You Will Bring:

  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning by providing partner-level insights and recommendations to the VP of Partnerships
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related sales or account management role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships, drive joint initiatives, and hold partners accountable to shared goals
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to effectively articulate a value proposition to a range of partner personas
  • Strategic and structured thinker who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and intrinsically motivated to exceed goals
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
  • Foundational understanding of the integration landscape (ETL, application integration, workflow automation) preferred; nonprofit technology experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce required
