The role delivers technical presentations and workshops, collaborates across sales and delivery teams, leverages LLMs and MCP tooling, and identifies solution gaps throughout the customer lifecycle to support satisfaction and account growth.

Design, build, and operate high-volume distributed systems and streaming data services. Develop Java microservices and Python backend APIs, implement real-time engagement-to-CRM mapping, integrate third-party conferencing and CRM platforms, drive architecture and best practices, mentor engineers, and own customer-facing production systems.
