Lead large enterprise security deployments, provide microsegmentation and Zero Trust design guidance, support platform configuration and integrations, resolve technical issues with Support and Engineering, advise customers on product updates, and deliver training. Serve as a primary technical contact, lead escalations, analyze complex technical problems, recommend preventive solutions, and collaborate with support, engineering, R&D, and QA teams. The role requires expertise across Linux, Windows, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and databases, along with strong customer communication skills and native Japanese with business-level English.

Provides technical support for Akamai Guardicore Segmentation and Zero Trust cybersecurity products. Investigates and resolves complex B2B customer issues, owns problem resolution, collaborates with internal teams, analyzes recurring technical problems, and proposes preventive solutions. Requires knowledge of Linux, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and basic scripting.

Drive new-account acquisition and cloud migrations for AI and infrastructure solutions. Generate pipeline through global outbound prospecting, execute multichannel outreach, manage the full enterprise sales cycle, and close large cloud, infrastructure, and data center deals. The role requires deep knowledge of AI computing, cloud infrastructure, power capacity, cooling systems, financial modeling, and B2B enterprise net-new cloud sales. Candidates work from Akamai’s San Francisco office and collaborate across time zones.

Lead and grow an SDET team building reliable, scalable cloud storage solutions. Provide technical leadership, design and review architectures, plan sprints, implement deterministic functional and non-functional test suites in CI/CD/CT pipelines, collaborate on product specs, hire and mentor engineers, and continuously improve processes and systems.

Lead and grow Akamai's channel partner ecosystem in India by defining strategy, recruiting and enabling partners, managing partner relationships and revenue execution across security, delivery and compute solutions. Manage a team, drive channel marketing and enablement, resolve channel conflicts, ensure service delivery and billing, and meet new customer and product sales targets.
