Analyze large-scale distributed systems to review and approve change safety strategies, identify and report safety risks, collaborate with SMEs and leadership to prioritize mitigations, and maintain global reliability standards.

Operate and support large-scale network infrastructure, troubleshoot routing and fabric issues, lead incident response, develop monitoring, alerts, runbooks, automation, and maintain network configurations for CDN and cloud network platforms.

Design, build, test, and deploy components of Akamai's Cloud Load Balancer and cloud-networking products. Collaborate with global teams to produce high-quality, scalable software, share best practices, and leverage LLMs to accelerate development and debugging.

Own and grow revenue within existing strategic Financial Services accounts by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, building executive-level relationships, leading integrated account teams, delivering value propositions through meetings and events, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success and expansion.
