Own technical success for strategic customers across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and support. Lead complex implementations, troubleshoot integrations (Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow, Cloud Connectors), translate business/security needs into scalable solutions, mentor CSEs, and surface product feedback to Product and Engineering.
