Manage territory renewals and expansion to exceed quota: ensure timely contract renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction. Provide quotes, pricing, upsell, and maintenance reinstatement; cold-call lapsed customers; collaborate with sales and partners; maintain accurate Salesforce records; meet KPIs, SLAs, and high customer satisfaction.

Manual QA Engineer responsible for creating and executing test cases for AEM and Keycloak integrations, performing functional, regression, and integration testing, validating releases in dev/staging, logging defects, collaborating with developers and BAs, and supporting sprint and release readiness.

Run readiness checks, lead data modeling and design validation, monitor telemetry and DRMM maturity, engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk and roadmap, identify expansion opportunities, and support security- and AI-driven expansion motions.
