Requires strong Kubernetes, virtualization, enterprise data protection, complex deal, and multinational people leadership experience. Travel is up to 30%, with occasional global travel.

Lead and develop distributed Kasten Solutions Engineering teams across EMEA and APJ. Own technical win rates, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concept execution, territory strategy, pipeline reviews, field enablement, and partner relationships. Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, cloud partners, and system integrators while remaining hands-on with enterprise architects and technical executives. Travel up to 30% across the regions.

Leads and develops distributed Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineering teams across EMEA and APJ. Owns technical-win standards, including discovery, architecture, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution. Partners with sales leadership on territory strategy, pipeline health, and enterprise pursuits; builds field enablement and certification; manages technical relationships with strategic ecosystem partners; and communicates customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes expertise, enterprise pre-sales leadership, and travel up to 30%.

Generate inbound and outbound demand, research prospects, conduct discovery, and qualify opportunities using PACCT frameworks. Convert qualified meetings into pipeline, document actionable intelligence in Salesforce, and manage handoffs to Sales Specialists. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account targeting, lead quality, and campaign feedback. Maintain accurate CRM records, stay informed on industry trends, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.

Lead a UK & Ireland enterprise sales territory focused on Defense and Public sector accounts. Manage existing key customers, hunt new logos, coordinate distributed teams, drive sales execution across Veeam's data resilience and cloud portfolio, and build senior stakeholder and partner relationships to accelerate revenue and pipeline growth.

Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market input for Veeam’s Data and AI Security portfolio. Lead and develop the product management team, align Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, and represent strategy to the CEO and executive team. Guide data security posture management and AI governance priorities using customer insights, competitive analysis, data, and judgment. Integrate an acquired product line into Veeam’s broader platform.

Develop and enhance Veeam Backup for Salesforce by contributing to product architecture, implementing functionality, and resolving technical issues. The role requires building Java applications and REST services using Spring, applying design patterns, and collaborating in international teams. Core technologies include Java 21, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Gradle, Maven, PostgreSQL, and Hibernate. Experience with Salesforce development is required, while Kubernetes, Azure, and PostgreSQL experience are advantageous.
