Serves as the primary relationship advisor for wealth clients, developing new business, cultivating referrals, administering investment accounts, preparing management reports, and delivering investment solutions. Builds relationships with bank centers of influence and community professionals, conducts educational seminars, and participates in departmental committees. Requires strong knowledge of trust account administration, financial markets, economic principles, analytical skills, and client communication.

Generate mortgage loans by developing relationships with realtors, developers, and contractors; counsel prospective customers; collect applications; prepare documentation; recommend loan products; and communicate lending decisions. The role requires knowledge of mortgage underwriting, loan documentation, conventional and government lending guidelines, regulations, appraisals, contracts, closing procedures, and banking products.

Investigates and mitigates commercial and consumer banking fraud involving ACH, wires, transfers, bill payments, and online banking. Reviews high-risk transactions, analyzes fraud alerts, contacts clients to validate payment intent, documents investigations, and escalates suspected fraud. Supports treasury controls such as Positive Pay, ACH filters, dual controls, authentication tokens, and callback verification. Partners with Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Operations, Client Services, and Fraud teams to manage risk and advise clients on payment controls.

Attracts, sources, and selects talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership, builds talent pipelines, supports internal mobility, promotes the organization as an employer of choice, and ensures fair, consistent hiring practices and positive candidate experiences. The role also requires knowledge of employment laws, HRIS platforms, job posting services, confidentiality, communication, and decision-making.

Develops and manages a high-performing team of residential mortgage loan originators, drives individual and organizational production goals, manages client relationships, and identifies mortgage marketing, product, and service opportunities. Ensures team performance while applying mortgage lending regulations, bank policies, and product knowledge.

Provides administrative support for commercial loan functions, including managing loan relationships, maintaining electronic loan documents and files, and assisting clients and vendors with billing, documentation, and loan servicing. The role requires strong organization, communication, typing, mathematics, computer, and interpersonal skills, along with at least five years of administrative support experience. Financial services experience and a four-year degree are preferred.

Manages enterprise-wide consumer compliance reviews, monitors regulatory changes, updates review documentation, analyzes compliance risks, and serves as the primary liaison with department management. The role requires researching, tracking, communicating, and resolving compliance issues while maintaining regulatory knowledge, confidentiality, objectivity, and effective stakeholder relationships.

Develops middle-market commercial lending and deposit relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generates new business, conducts sales calls, identifies client needs, recommends banking products, collects loan data, analyzes financial information, and prepares presentations for loan committees and the Board. Supports loan structuring, coordinates with internal teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages portfolio revenue and production goals.
