Lead and coach a team of Client Managers, act as Client Manager for a small portfolio, drive risk mitigation, identify expansion opportunities, maintain cross-team feedback loops, ensure tool utilization, support implementations, and manage client relationships and renewals.

Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC clients, drive successful implementation and adoption of Symplicity solutions, identify upsell opportunities, run discovery workshops, map solutions to requirements, manage at-risk clients, produce case studies, and coordinate with internal teams for billing and transitions.

Provide Tier 1/2 technical and functional support for CareerHub and UniHub to universities across Australia and New Zealand. Troubleshoot, manage tickets, document issues in JIRA, assist onboarding and training, deliver demos/webinars, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
