Leads North American growth marketing, account-based marketing, campaign activation, field marketing, and demand generation. Translates global campaigns into local programs, prioritizes target accounts, develops buying-group engagement strategies, and collaborates with sales and business development to generate pipeline and revenue. Builds organizational capability, supplier architecture, category strategies, strategic agreements, advanced procurement, and succession depth. Partners with executive leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and strategic suppliers on cost, capacity, contracts, compliance, and product lifecycle decisions.

Develops and maintains Primavera P6 project schedules, integrates contractor schedules, monitors progress and critical paths, manages resources and schedule risks, supports extension-of-time claims, and prepares reports and dashboards. Coordinates with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to address delays, improve scheduling processes, and maintain project timeline alignment.

Own the global strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Fluence’s Power Conversion Systems portfolio. Translate customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements into product priorities, partner with engineering on capabilities and performance targets, and coordinate global stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, service, and regional teams. Drive product competitiveness, standardization, cost reduction, launches, continuous improvement, and lifecycle decisions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Supports EMEA sales by translating customer requirements into optimized energy storage proposals. Advises customers and sales teams on technical solutions, evaluates installation contractors, reviews contract requirements, supports system design and regulatory compliance, and contributes to product roadmap insights. The role requires collaboration across engineering, sales, and delivery teams, customer engagement throughout the sales cycle, and travel across EMEA.
