The US Regional Quality Systems Manager will lead the development and sustainability of Quality Management Systems for Large Form Factor sites ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement.

The role involves leading the integration and sustainability of Quality Management Systems for new US manufacturing sites, ensuring ISO 9001 certification readiness and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement across operations.

Design and optimize high-speed automated and manual assembly systems through line balancing, work cell layout, material flow improvements, simulation modeling (FlexSim), and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to increase throughput, reduce bottlenecks, and improve quality.

Design, program, commission, and support controls systems for high-speed automated assembly and material handling. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, motion control, vision systems, and industrial networks. Integrate robotics, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, and MES; optimize cycle time, reliability, and quality. Lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, perform RCA, and train operations and maintenance teams.
