Support manufacturing quality assurance by performing capability studies, first article inspections, defect analysis, MRB activities, line and product audits, and participating in continuous improvement and APQP efforts while following safety and security procedures.

Lead and manage Test Engineers I & II to design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. Own technical test strategy, NPI test activities, test equipment and program development (ICT, FVT, ESS), analyze test data, drive corrective actions, and coordinate recruitment, training, performance management, and cost improvements.

Support and manage logistics operations including transportation, data/information analysis, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. Requires at least five years of logistics experience and advanced English proficiency.
