Support Industrial Engineering by assisting with line moves and process changes, updating the IEDB and production visuals, ordering/validating tooling, maintaining standardized processes and data integrity, and supporting Lean initiatives.

Serve as customer interface for demand and shipment info; develop collaborative demand plans and master schedules; load schedules into ERP; create and maintain feasible production plans; monitor revenue forecasts and planning metrics; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Support supervisor with end-to-end recruiting for technicians/operators, coordinate interviews and onboarding, collect hire documentation, run hiring in Workday, conduct onboarding training, manage attendance for assigned sections, and support company events.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope/cost/schedule/quality, mitigate risks, track deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders. Travel (25-40%) and ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance.
