Serve as the quality representative for global customer accounts: develop and maintain QA/APQP plans for new product introductions, support process design and inspection, manage supplier/customer discrepancies and CAPA, drive supplier improvement and process standardization, develop training and document management systems, and provide technical quality support across departments and external partners.

Administer, maintain, and support business applications and related servers/databases. Monitor system health, apply security patches, manage user access, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with development teams and vendors. Participate in on-call rotation and document configurations and procedures.
