Supports automation and validation improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Assists with equipment upgrades, testing, data collection, troubleshooting, sensor and controls integration, vision systems, validation protocols, and technical documentation. Designs and reviews automation equipment projects across mechanical, electrical, electronics, or software application areas. Interprets requirements, creates engineering drawings and manuals, ensures manufacturability, coordinates with assemblers and manufacturers, and supports project leaders in delivering equipment on time and within budget. Tracks engineering hours and helps oversee equipment assembly and installation.

Monitor and improve manufacturing line quality, efficiency, throughput, machine utilization, and scrap performance. Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, maintain wave and reflow soldering profiles, ensure process parameters meet IPC-610B standards, and design or procure production tooling. Coordinate line reconfigurations, equipment moves, installations, maintenance, and collaboration among manufacturing engineering and support teams while following safety and security procedures.

Partners with commercial, operations, and finance teams to analyze pricing, margins, revenue, customer profitability, costs, working capital, and business performance. Supports forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, month-end close, financial controls, dashboards, business cases, and management reporting. Reviews inventory, materials, freight, tariffs, credit exposure, and other drivers affecting profitability while providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Leads internal audit projects from planning through reporting, including risk identification, scope definition, fieldwork, testing, findings resolution, workpaper preparation, and audit reporting. Coordinates audit teams and clients, monitors project timelines, supports annual audit planning and Audit Committee reporting, follows up on issues, trains auditors, and promotes internal controls and governance. Requires international travel and use of data analysis tools.

Plans, designs, implements, and manages production and service delivery systems. Leads waste-elimination, process improvement, cost-reduction, simulation, process mapping, time-standard verification, metrics reporting, SAP and MES standardization, project quoting, and new product introduction activities. Coaches engineers, supports Lean initiatives, ensures process standardization, and maintains data integrity, quality, reliability, schedule adherence, and cost control.
