Lead a team of systems and network engineers delivering compute, storage, VMware/VxRail, and network services for warehouse and lab environments. Drive roadmap, stakeholder alignment, hiring and coaching, vendor management, budgeting, on-call support, capacity and disaster recovery planning, automation, documentation, and ServiceNow operations while partnering with Security for segmentation, vulnerability remediation, and observability.

Design, implement, and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructure across data center, remote site, and cloud environments. Configure routing (BGP, EIGRP), LAN protocols, wireless deployments, QoS, VPNs, and network segmentation. Harden networks with firewall (ASA/Firepower), IDS/IPS, ZTNA, and microsegmentation. Troubleshoot performance, automate tasks with Python/Ansible, maintain documentation, support DR planning, and collaborate with security and warehouse teams.

Designs, installs, and maintains Integration Center infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, OS, backups, monitoring, and automation. Manages VxRail/VMware environments, automates IaaS/PaaS with PowerShell/Python/Ansible/Puppet/Bash, performs system administration, capacity planning, preventative maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, and on-call support.
