Lead engineering of core scheduling and orchestration subsystems for an orbital edge compute platform. Own an MVP for autonomous scheduling across compute node fleets, scale to larger satellite fleets with data sovereignty, design performant and reliable distributed engines, build scheduling and workload-placement logic for intermittent-connectivity edge environments, and provide technical leadership while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, customer-focused solutions.

Lead mechanical design from concept to production for complex electromechanical assemblies and high-volume products. Drive DFM/DFA and GD&T practices, use NX/Teamcenter and 3D/2D CAD, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality engineering work in a fast-paced, onsite Redmond environment.

Design, test, and validate EMI/EMC solutions for electronic products. Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis, drive prototyping and qualification, develop mitigation strategies, prepare compliance test plans/reports, perform modeling/simulation, execute field tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMC requirements during design while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Lead multiple digital design engagements from discovery to delivery, manage and mentor designers, ensure high UX and visual standards, collaborate cross-functionally, improve studio processes, contribute to staffing, estimates, and client growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead cross-functional teams on complex digital projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, client expectations, and delivery quality. Produce project documentation, run meetings, estimate work, draft SOWs/change requests, forecast resources, approve invoices, and drive process improvements and escalations.

Supervise the design and testing of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance and quality. Manage project estimates and coordinate manufacturing activities.
