Title: Sr. PCB Design Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA

Role:
- Work with the Hardware Engineering team to provide Schematic and PCB board designs. Layouts range from simple to complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards containing analog, digital, RF, and power components.
- Liaise with PCB vendors to select proper materials, stack-ups, obtain impedance specifications, DFX rulesets, assembly requirements, and resolve any manufacturing related issues.
- Create and manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assembly packages.
- Collaborate in a team environment across engineering disciplines.
Skills:
- 5+ years of PCB Design experience using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro.
- Knowledge of IPC, JEDEC, IEEE, and other electronic standards.
- Experience in creating schematic symbols and PCB footprints in libraries.
- Experience interpreting datasheets and schematics to generate netlists and proper constraints in the layout design.
- Experience in designing multiple PCB types:
- HDI Design
- Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex Design
- Wire Bonding Design
- Aluminum Backed Design
- Experience in designing high speed differential circuits, power circuits, analog and RF circuits.
- Experience in PCB layout design constraints for mixed/RF signal, signal impedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipation, and optimization for EMI performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience of PCB layout design using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro.
- Experience with Altium Concord Pro or similar library management systems.
- Proven track record to design & manage all aspects of the printed board design.
Education: AA degree minimum or BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Salary range for this position is $70/hr to $80/hr . Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
