Plans, writes, and executes system-level verification tests for VTOL electric aircraft in integrated test labs. Performs Pilot-in-the-Loop and Test Director responsibilities, develops formal procedures and SOPs, maintains test-lab configuration and calibration records, drives root-cause corrective actions, and creates tools for safe, repeatable testing. Analyzes test data and reports findings to engineering teams. Supports FAA certification and aircraft hardware and software design improvements.

Leads the design and production deployment of scalable data science and machine learning systems for aircraft, manufacturing, and operations data. Analyzes high-frequency sensor data, develops predictive models, builds Python tools and pipelines, establishes MLOps and engineering standards, and mentors data scientists. Partners with engineering teams and executives to translate complex analyses into strategic decisions related to aircraft safety, reliability, and performance.

Design end-to-end experiences for operational tools supporting aircraft charging, maintenance, configuration, and operations. Conduct research and usability testing, translate complex technical workflows into intuitive interfaces, create prototypes and final specifications, collaborate with product managers and engineers, maintain scalable design systems, and use usability metrics and AI-assisted workflows to improve products.

Own end-to-end process intelligence use cases for manufacturing, from stakeholder requirements and data exploration through ETL development, data modeling, quality resolution, and deployed dashboards. Collaborate with manufacturing leads and factory systems engineers, document modeling decisions, communicate findings, and support production-scale analytics using process mining and data engineering technologies.

Performs requirements-based and automated testing of embedded aircraft networking software, Ethernet switches, drivers, APIs, and powered network systems. Develops Python test scripts, analyzes network traffic, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages defects, improves test infrastructure, and documents certified test environments and procedures. Collaborates with development and hardware teams to verify timing, latency, throughput, redundancy, robustness, and certification requirements.

Leads international aircraft certification and validation projects with civil aviation authorities. Coordinates engineering, regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders; develops compliance strategies, applicant positions, certification plans, and regulatory data packages. Manages project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans while supporting airworthiness, flight operations, maintenance, safety, manufacturing, and commercialization activities. Represents the company in authority meetings and ensures alignment between FAA and international certification programs.

Develop and test safety-critical embedded software for novel aircraft and flight automation systems. Responsibilities include defining triplex compute platform architecture, integrating peripheral devices, hardening real-time Linux systems, implementing communication protocols, and building hardware- and software-in-the-loop simulation, testing, and automation infrastructure.
