Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.
OverviewThe Elevate Edge Applications Team (EEAT) builds the software that sits closest to Joby's physical operations - charging infrastructure, maintenance tooling, configuration tracking, and operational intelligence.
As a Product Designer on EEAT, you will contribute to Joby's mission by designing the tools used daily by the people who charge, maintain, and operate our aircraft - making their work faster, safer, and more intuitive, while supporting the precision and traceability required for aerospace diligence.
You will work closely with product managers and engineers as a thought partner, delivering end-to-end design solutions across the near aircraft product surfaces and contributing across the full product lifecycle.
