Lead product strategy and roadmap for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio, building training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products. Define capability maps, drive infrastructure for reproducible execution and verification, establish governance and responsible-disclosure processes, recruit practitioner contributors, and partner with ML researchers, customers, and GTM to launch and measure security capabilities end-to-end.

Source, qualify, and present partner candidates across the Physical AI ecosystem while owning partnerships CRM and internal materials. Lead outreach, discovery calls, intake triage, and support partner touchpoints. Maintain accurate pipeline records, draft communications, update partner materials, and support market research and process improvements to grow qualified pipeline and pilot conversions.

Lead DoD account strategy to transition Agentic AI prototypes into program-of-record deployments. Lead architecture and technical direction for Scale's Generative AI Data Engine, embedding into high-priority Contributor teams to unblock delivery, overhaul platform infrastructure for LLM-native workloads, ensure scalability/reliability, mentor engineers, partner with product/leadership, and own large end-to-end backend, frontend, and ML system initiatives.

Manage end-to-end growth recruiting program: design and run top-of-funnel campaigns, optimize funnel conversion, own ATS (Greenhouse) and reporting, maintain hiring data integrity, lead recruiting operations improvements, and support hiring/onboarding from the San Francisco office.

Source, screen, and engage high-volume candidates to meet hiring goals; support candidates through the recruiting lifecycle; partner with recruiting and cross-functional leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies; manage evolving processes and represent the brand at occasional onsite recruiting events.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with tax and benefit regulations, maintain and audit payroll systems and data, prepare month-end payroll accounting and journal entries in NetSuite, support audits and regulatory reporting, train and supervise payroll staff, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and external agencies to resolve discrepancies and implement policy updates.
