Partner with regional sales to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise customers: map requirements to solutions, run hardware POCs and SaaS dashboard setups, support API integrations, mentor other SEs, and drive complex deal execution and project delivery.

Manage 100+ commercial SaaS renewals per quarter, exceed renewal targets, mitigate churn risk, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, forecast using scenario-based methodology, and improve renewal processes while championing customer success and company cultural principles.

Manage enterprise customer implementations of Samsara’s IoT platform, from deployment planning through adoption and value realization. Create launch roadmaps, track implementation progress and account health, conduct training and demonstrations, and resolve challenges with executives and end users. Coordinate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product while managing multiple engagements. Mentor Customer Success and Support teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
