Design, build, and operate scalable, secure data platform infrastructure for ingesting, processing, cataloging, and accessing petabytes of data. Drive revenue within strategic named enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex, solution-based deals. Own end-to-end customer engagements, manage C-level relationships, and consistently hit quota while embedding Samsara’s cultural principles.

Build and evolve core backend systems that review AI safety detections, identify ambiguous cases, automate triage, and close model feedback loops. Partner with product, design, and ML teams to own projects end-to-end, improve detection precision, and raise quality, operability, and engineering clarity across Samsara's Safety platform.

Lead post-implementation customer relationships for Samsara's IoT platform: build success plans, drive renewals, resolve escalations, advise on product usage across industries, support multi-channel servicing, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to deliver business value.

Lead and scale a cross-functional AI and engineering organization that builds production-grade AI models, automated data pipelines, and LLM-driven workflows to power Samsara's GTM operations. Define a multi-year AI roadmap, set quality and review standards for model outputs, collaborate with execs across Engineering, Product, and RevOps, and hire and mentor managers and individual contributors to drive adoption and reliable automation across CRM, telemetry, and enterprise data systems.

Handle complex, multi-channel customer inquiries and escalations related to billing, renewals, cancellations, and Samsara products. Mentor teammates, analyze trends, lead cross-functional initiatives, and improve support processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Own technical pre-sales for large enterprise customers: demonstrate Samsara IoT hardware and cloud, design solutions, run POCs and installations, integrate via APIs, build dashboards and custom reports, mentor SEs, and partner with sales to close complex deals.
