Lead development and delivery of Direct Flash Module (DFM) firmware, define strategic roadmap, drive PCIe bring-up and NAND media management, debug system-level issues, ensure production-quality releases, and mentor a high-performance embedded firmware engineering team in an on-site Santa Clara environment.

Design, develop, and modernize a Java-based agent for IBM z/OS to scan and access mainframe data (VSAM, QSAM, DB2, IMS, flat files). Build scalable microservices and APIs with Spring/Spring Boot, optimize performance and reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and share mainframe expertise to support platform modernization and production operations.

Develop and optimize Linux kernel features and device drivers for enterprise storage arrays. Maintain and patch kernel code, diagnose hardware-software boundary issues, optimize performance (NUMA, interrupts, threading, CPU instruction sets), lead architecture and development from concept to release, mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with partners and vendors.

Provide pre-sales technical support and partner enablement for territory account executives and channel partners. Validate sizing, quotes, and architectures, drive adoption of sales/technical tools, coordinate enablement events, escalate complex issues to specialist teams, and act as a technical liaison to accelerate partner-driven sales.
