Candidates need cloud operations and production support experience, infrastructure knowledge, Kubernetes familiarity, monitoring skills, and basic programming or scripting interest.

The role requires strategic advisory, consultative communication, technical problem-solving, and up to 25% travel.

Lead architecture and implementation of Okta-based enterprise IAM, including adaptive MFA, federation, cloud IAM guardrails, automation, and machine identity security across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Mentor engineers, govern identity controls, support audit compliance, provide technical leadership, and drive secure adoption of AI agents and service-to-service authentication. Occasional travel is required.

Manage partner-led deal flow by reviewing and validating deal registrations, supporting quoting and purchase-order workflows, maintaining Salesforce and partner portal data integrity, and coordinating with partner managers, deal desk, and order management teams. Provide responsive transactional support to internal and external partners while ensuring program compliance, accurate records, clear communication, and efficient cross-regional operations.
