Build partner relationships, support pitch demonstrations and proofs of concept, develop partner practices, promote certifications and programs, advocate for partner needs internally, and track business performance metrics.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for cloud security products, including SWG and CASB solutions. Design test strategies, validate features end to end, troubleshoot networking and customer issues, and improve quality processes. Collaborate with product, development, and support teams; perform root cause analysis, monitor production deployments, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure browser compatibility.
