Own full enterprise sales cycle in Switzerland (French-speaking): build pipeline, close complex SaaS/cloud deals, engage C‑level stakeholders, drive account expansion, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, forecast in CRM, represent Kong at events, and provide market feedback to influence product and go-to-market.

Serve as primary post-sales technical contact, drive onboarding and adoption, run demos and workshops, perform health checks, resolve escalations, document architectures and use cases, and support renewals and expansion.

Join the Platform SRE team to design, automate, and operate Kong's multi-region SaaS platform. Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt), GitOps/CI-CD pipelines, multi-region databases and caching (Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, Druid), and observability/incident response systems. Support Kong Gateway and Mesh, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and drive scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency across AWS/GCP/Azure.
