Manage Technical Architects across presales and delivery, oversee scoping, staffing, and delivery quality, coach senior technical talent, support strategic customer conversations, and turn field learnings into repeatable delivery methods, playbooks, and standards.

Sell GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform to U.S. Federal Civilian agencies. Own strategic accounts end-to-end: prospecting, account planning, procurement navigation, solution positioning (FedRAMP-authorized), cross-functional deal execution, rollout, adoption, and expansion. Educate agencies on AI/agentic AI use cases and align technical capabilities to mission outcomes while collaborating with solutions architects, customer success, professional services, and partners.

Support and maintain a 10+ tool revenue tech stack, troubleshoot and provision end users, coordinate vendors, identify and implement process and integration improvements, build reporting and dashboards, document workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive tool adoption and automation across GTM teams.
