As a Sales Development Representative, you will build prospect lists, manage the pipeline, and connect with prospects through calls, emails, and social media. Lead architecture and delivery of Dialpad's agentic AI platform: build scalable multi-agent orchestration, real-time conversational and voice reasoning, retrieval and memory systems, inference/fine-tuning pipelines, observability and safety frameworks, and mentor engineering teams while partnering cross-functionally to productionize autonomous workflow execution.

Lead architecture and delivery of Dialpad's agentic AI platform, building scalable multi-agent orchestration, memory and retrieval systems, real-time voice reasoning, inference optimization, safety/observability, and production integrations while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and research.

As an Applied Scientist at Dialpad, you will conduct R&D for autonomous voice agents, focusing on real-time multimodal AI systems and optimizing proprietary LLMs for agentic workflows. Collaboration with engineering and design teams is key to develop and implement effective solutions.

As a Sr. SDET at Dialpad, you will develop and maintain test automation frameworks for AI voice agent services, ensuring end-to-end quality. Responsibilities include designing automation tools, integrating AI quality checks, conducting performance tests, and mentoring engineers. Collaboration with AI teams and code development in Python, Java, or JavaScript is essential.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, design scalable automation frameworks using Python and Playwright, validate AI-driven systems, develop testing strategies, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead platform-level product design, define patterns and primitives, build AI-first capabilities, ship coded prototypes and production code, evolve the design system, mentor designers, and improve cross-team design practices to scale Dialpad's AI-native product.
