Enterprise account executive responsible for selling Databricks cloud data platform into financial services. Manage complex and short sales cycles, engage CIOs and IT/LOB leaders, drive pipeline and consumption, track opportunities in Salesforce, and exceed revenue targets.

Design, build, and scale Databricks AI Runtime for large-scale GPU training. Build scalable T&E strategy, oversee travel operations, manage suppliers and corporate card programs, implement AI-enabled expense automation and controls, ensure compliance and audit readiness, partner with cross-functional teams, and build a high-performing global team.

Build and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure for Databricks platform. Work on distributed systems, storage integrations (S3/Azure Blob), SaaS/service-oriented architectures, data pipelines (Spark), monitoring, and high-performance client libraries to support large-scale workloads.

Lead search quality for both LLM agents and human users by building and optimizing hybrid retrieval, ranking models, and evaluation frameworks across structured and unstructured data to ensure high-precision, high-recall results.

Represent Databricks to Italian-market prospects by researching accounts, conducting personalized outbound/inbound outreach (calls, email, social), qualifying needs, and advancing opportunities to the sales team while developing value-based selling knowledge of big data and AI.

Perform inbound and outbound prospecting to build pipeline, partner with sales to develop territory strategy, identify Databricks use cases to grow consumption, and deliver a strong customer experience through solution-focused outreach and follow-up.

Drive architecture and implementation of Databricks AI Runtime for large-scale GPU training. Build scheduling, distributed training performance, resilience, observability, and developer-facing APIs/CLI. Improve GPU utilization, fault tolerance, and multi-node orchestration. Lead cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact platform features supporting thousands of accelerators and long-running jobs.
