The role focuses on Retail, E-commerce, Fintech, and Digital Native organizations, particularly those adopting cloud, data, AI, database, and application-platform technologies.

Develop and maintain Couchbase’s Salesforce CRM platform across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, integrations, security, data models, and deployment processes. Modernize legacy automation, support quote-to-cash workflows, troubleshoot integrations, maintain code quality and test coverage, and translate business requirements from Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Professional Services into technical solutions.

Manage company-wide headcount consolidation, variance analysis, G&A and R&D expense reporting, annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning. Administer and optimize the Pigment financial planning platform, maintain financial models, support executive and board reporting, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve data integrity and financial decision-making.

Drive enterprise sales growth across strategic ANZ accounts by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and meeting bookings targets. Build relationships with C-suite and technology leaders, uncover transformation initiatives, present Couchbase solutions, develop business cases, and sell software, services, and support. Collaborate with partners and internal teams on customer success, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Drive enterprise sales growth across Singapore and the Philippines by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and meeting bookings targets. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering and product leaders; present Couchbase solutions; develop business cases; and collaborate cross-functionally on webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, financial reporting, and monthly and quarterly close. Maintains accurate records under US GAAP, assists with audits and international tax filings, posts transactions in NetSuite, and identifies process improvements. Coordinates with US Finance and other departments while supporting the Senior Accounting Manager on projects and ad hoc tasks.

Leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of Couchbase’s AI platform. Manages and grows large engineering teams, drives distributed systems and cloud platform architecture, ensures scalable and reliable production services, and partners with Product, SRE, Design, Support, and executive stakeholders. Oversees performance, security, cost optimization, execution metrics, risk, investment, and leadership development across AI, database, storage, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.

Own accurate, timely global payroll processing across India, the UK, APAC, EMEA, and other assigned countries. Responsibilities include payroll taxes, deductions, bonuses, garnishments, reconciliations, journal entries, funding coordination, off-cycle runs, year-end reporting, compliance, internal controls, employee support, and process automation. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and continuous improvement of payroll procedures and systems.
