Senior Sales Engineer supporting enterprise pre-sales for Cohesity9s data security and management platform. Own technical engagements, design solutions, run demos and proofs of concept, enable integrations, support deal strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer adoption and post-sale success.

Partner with Account Executives to drive new and expansion deals by delivering technical discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept for Cohesitys data security and management platform. Support technical strategy, integrate products into customer environments, run workshops/evaluations, assist competitive positioning, and provide post-sales technical support while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with partners to meet sales targets.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and account growth across a defined strategic territory. Build and manage pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, lead discovery-to-proposal customer engagements, collaborate with sales engineers and channel/technology partners, forecast opportunities, and share customer and competitive insights to improve product and sales outcomes.

Drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition and account growth across a defined territory (primarily MSPs). Prospect, build pipeline, and close deals while engaging senior stakeholders and channel partners. Lead discovery, proposal development, and solution alignment with Sales Engineers. Maintain forecasting, share customer and competitive insights, and collaborate with alliances to expand market reach.

Lead a team of analysts owning ARR metrics and reporting framework. Design executive dashboards, drive ARR planning and forecasting, ensure data governance and integrity, partner with FP&A, Revenue Ops, and Sales, identify ARR trends/risks, build scalable tooling and automated processes, and present insights to C-suite stakeholders.

Identify and engage prospective customers across ANZ through multi-channel outreach, qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, book meetings for Account Executives, collaborate on prospecting lists, and leverage CRM and AI tools to drive pipeline development.

Partner with Account Executives to drive SLED enterprise opportunities by delivering tailored technical solutions, demos, POCs, and workshops. Support solution design, discovery, technical strategy, integrations, and competitive positioning. Engage technical and business stakeholders, enable product adoption, provide post-sales technical assistance, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Emphasizes strong technical execution, collaboration, and ownership of account-level technical strategy.

Lead and build an experienced sales team in a whitespace territory, create territory strategy, recruit and develop managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive large enterprise deals, and travel heavily to meet quotas.

Drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical support, delivering demos and POCs, integrating Cohesity products into production, leading secondary storage strategy for large customers, collaborating with product management, and providing project management and post-sales technical support to ensure customer success.
