Cohesity is recruiting for a Director of Partner Sales in Korea The role is for a leader to build and manage an experienced sales team working with our key Partners in Japan. We are looking for an established business leader to take our Partner relationships to the next level by building a territory strategy to ensure both short- and long-term goals, objectives and quotas for the Partner ecosystem. The role includes hiring the right talent, effective deployment of the team, setting expectations, coaching, managing performance, pipeline management, and collaboration with other sales resources (Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Renewals).
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Overall responsibility for all Partner Sales activity in Korea and to deliver strong growth.
Lead, manage & develop the Partner sales team covering Alliance, Cloud, MSP, Resell and Distribution partners
Achieve & exceed annual revenue plans and driving accountability to build the company brand with existing and new partners.
Transition our business with new Partner relationships focused on Cloud and As-A-Service Routes to market.
Maintain an understanding of the strategic directions of company at a corporate & regional level to develop & execute an aligned channel strategy.
Creation and ownership of the Korea Channel Plan including the effective development of existing partners.
Achievement of quarterly financial & non-financial targets.
Engagement with local channel team, district managers, RVPs, field sales, pre-sales and Marketing, and support teams to execute the plan.
Ownership of business relationships with key strategic partners.
Oversee the Korea teams engagement with Resellers and Distributors to:
Structure each partner engagement go-to-market strategy
Influence Partner sales teams to ensure that company is “front and center” and always included in their collaboration business opportunities.
Evangelize company’ solutions to Partners and their customers.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
