Conduct outbound prospecting through calls and email, communicate Canary’s value proposition, qualify decision-makers, and generate sales-qualified leads against quota. Research prospects using sales tools, manage leads and pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with Account Executives, and improve sales development processes through training, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.

Own prospecting, closing, and revenue for the DACH region. Build go-to-market strategy, establish pipeline, recruit and mentor a regional team, represent the company at events, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption and renewals.

Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer success, implementations, and enterprise customers to align technical capabilities, commitments, and business outcomes.

Lead onboarding and implementation for high-value EMEA hotel accounts, coordinate with Product and Engineering, mentor CSMs, optimize onboarding processes, manage pilots to full contracts, drive retention and expansion, and travel regionally for strategic customer engagements.

Lead a pod owning Canary's Physical Access product (Mobile Key), design and evolve architecture for lock-vendor integrations and encoder/BLE paths, improve reliability and latency, partner with Product, mentor and manage engineers, run pod processes, and hire for the team.

Sell Canary's hospitality SaaS to large hotel brands and ownership groups by sourcing and closing new enterprise accounts, expanding existing relationships through upsell/cross-sell, building strategic account plans, partnering with product/marketing/customer success, and maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications for global hotel customers. Collaborate with engineers, managers, and Product Managers; write clean, maintainable code; contribute creative product and technology improvements; mentor engineers; participate in code reviews; advise on technical decisions; and execute independently in an ambiguous environment with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Canary's AI Voice conversational platform, prioritize improvements based on accuracy and performance, engage enterprise hotel clients, define KPIs (resolution, accuracy, latency, containment), and align engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, sales, and customer success for scalable, high-availability deployments.

Lead the AI Voice product roadmap, monitor conversational AI performance (accuracy, resolution, latency), engage hotel clients to gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize reliability, scale, and rollout of new AI voice capabilities.
