Sell Box to enterprise customers by sourcing and closing net-new logos, researching customer needs, managing multi-layer stakeholders and complex deals, building territory from greenfield opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting customer success. Role is field sales with up to 50% travel.

Manage post-sales engagement for a large portfolio using AI and automation to create personalized, digital-first customer journeys. Develop scalable playbooks, analyze customer health data to prevent churn, partner cross-functionally to operationalize programs, and provide product feedback to improve AI-driven features.

Design, train, and deploy threat-detection and anomaly-detection ML models; build and scale end-to-end pipelines on GCP (Spark, Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery, Vertex AI); maintain feature stores and production ML systems; collaborate cross-functionally; participate in on-call rotation and iterate on models serving enterprise customers.
