Manage Aria's most complex customer accounts as a technical subject-matter expert. Drive adoption, troubleshoot multi-vendor billing integrations, perform technical health reviews, mitigate risks, and translate technical issues to executive stakeholders while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product and service outcomes.

Design, develop and execute automated test scripts; create test plans and cases; perform API and database testing; identify and track defects; perform regression testing; participate in Scrum; test complex cloud infrastructure and improve automation quality and productivity.

Manage a book of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Aria's monetization platform. Own renewals and upsell quota, build multi‑threaded relationships, deliver success plans and business reviews, collaborate cross‑functionally, and provide product feedback to support growth and customer value.

Provide functional, technical, and application support for Aria's subscription billing platform. Troubleshoot Level 1-3 issues, run SQL queries, analyze APIs, use SOAP UI/Postman, document and escalate issues, and support customers through the full lifecycle while meeting SLAs.

Drive new business and territory strategy for Aria Allegro and Billie Connect. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, present value to C-level executives, achieve quarterly quotas, maintain accurate forecasts, create referenceable customers, and travel as required.

Design, implement, test, and scale Allegro and Billie Connect SaaS platforms. Collaborate with engineers, architects, QA and operations to deliver high-availability, high-throughput web applications, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve product performance and reliability in an Agile environment.

Lead technical implementations of the Aria monetization platform: gather business and technical requirements, define integrations, configure solutions, coordinate stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive successful go-lives.
