Manage a portfolio of SaaS renewals across AMER, negotiate terms, coordinate conversions from legacy products, and partner with Customer Success and Sales. Review contracts, process quotes and orders in Salesforce, maintain a 180-day renewals forecast, archive contractual documentation, and resolve renewal issues with finance, legal, and internal teams.
