As Regional Vice President, you will drive revenue growth for Aera Technology, leading a sales team and building strategic client relationships.

Lead enterprise platform sales by partnering with C- and VP-level executives to drive adoption of Aera's decision intelligence platform. Own pipeline, develop account strategies, close large strategic deals, expand usage within clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet ACV and revenue targets. Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in clients' industries.

Own strategic enterprise accounts and drive adoption of Aera's Decision Intelligence platform. Use consultative, value-based selling to close large deals, expand usage within existing clients, manage C-/VP-level relationships, develop long-term strategic roadmaps, and meet ACV and revenue targets while collaborating cross-functionally.

Design and build data warehouse models and high-speed data pipelines; develop ETL/data crawlers using Aera's ETL platform; perform complex SQL data analysis; implement analytics models (facts, dimensions, measures); collaborate with Solution Architects and own development, documentation, and UI-building for cognitive applications.

Sell and expand adoption of Aera's Decision Intelligence platform with enterprise clients. Own C-/VP-level relationships, build account strategies, close large deals, drive revenue/ACV, collaborate cross-functionally, and frequently travel to clients.

The Sr. Solution Engineer collaborates with Sales to advance enterprise opportunities, conducting demos, workshops, and assessments to align with customer needs and position Aera's Decision Intelligence platform as a transformative solution.

The Client Partner will drive adoption of the Aera Decision Cloud by engaging with senior executives at enterprise clients, identifying opportunities, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning and achieving revenue targets in a consultative sales approach.

Investigate and triage production issues in enterprise Java applications, analyze logs to find root causes, propose code fixes, manage multiple high-priority threads, and become SME for assigned modules while collaborating with development and customer teams.

Design and implement a high-performance, low-latency Java OLAP calculation engine core. Collaborate with product to translate designs into executable criteria, ensure correctness and performance, communicate technical concepts, and advocate for quality and robust JVM-level tuning and language/design improvements.
