Lead design and development of hydromechanical and mechanical systems for industrial gas turbine packages within the NPI process. Drive prototyping, testing, system integration, technical support for installation/commissioning, continuous improvement for performance and cost, and maintain engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Design, develop, and validate controls components and systems. Create electrical loop schematics, support manufacturability, write PLC code, modify HMIs, collaborate across functions, and drive process improvements to meet product requirements.

Manage parts planning and inventory for gas compressor overhaul and restage projects. Perform MRP/DRP activities, create orders, set safety stock/reorder points, produce multi-year parts forecasts, support S&OP material availability, and align inventory strategy with engineering and supply chain.

Design and maintain electrical systems for 4–35 MW gas turbine packages: develop designs, update standard products, prepare technical documentation, and support sales and project execution teams.

Serve as a functional-technical Salesforce Customer Success Manager and Business Analyst: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, build POCs, configure objects/flows/integrations, develop reports/dashboards, drive product adoption, and create training and documentation. Lead workshops, ensure sustainable designs, and continuously improve solutions.
