Participate in gas turbine product and development projects under a mentor. Tasks include test performance and data analysis, materials research, engine assembly support, design-change analysis for reliability and manufacturability, and providing manufacturing and design-tool support to improve performance, cost, serviceability, and reliability.

Participate in the ITS internship program with rotations across software development, QA, customer support, system administration, cybersecurity, analytics, and infrastructure. Support InSight Platform enablement and manage low-complexity InSight Connect connectivity projects to get units connected. Work with customers and internal teams to define, design, activate, troubleshoot, document, and report on connectivity; perform occasional site visits and training; support continuous improvement and digital product sales enablement.

Manage and execute InSight Connect enablement projects to connect equipment to the InSight Platform. Interface with customers and internal teams, define and deliver activation, create technical documentation and diagnostic reports, perform occasional site visits and training, and support continuous improvement and development initiatives.

Serve as a functional-technical Salesforce Customer Success Manager and Business Analyst: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, build POCs, configure objects/flows/integrations, develop reports/dashboards, drive product adoption, and create training and documentation. Lead workshops, ensure sustainable designs, and continuously improve solutions.

Lead rotordynamics analysis and development for gas compressors using CFD and state-of-the-art tools. Support cross-functional new product programs, validation testing, manufacturing and field troubleshooting to resolve vibration issues and improve prediction capabilities.
